Save St Albans Pubs

The Farmers Boy

The Farmer’s Boy is a tastefully refurbished bay-windowed pub with its own brewery, continental bottled beers, log fire, and a back open kitchen doing bar lunches.  It has SkyTV and is one of the few pubs where live rugby at any level can be watched.

Add to this a lovely suntrap terraced garden with a barbeque menu in the summer at the back and the fact that it’s open all day and you’ll begin to understand why this pub is so popular.

The Farmer’s Boy is a family run pub, with St Albans’ only micro brewery, selling our own Clipper IPA and Farmers Joy ale, both brewed on the premises.

We have a very tasty home-cooked menu and food is served daily.

The Farmer’s Boy is situated just outside the city centre and is approximately 10 minutes on foot from St Albans City Station.
